Hello everyone! My name is Tyson Roedl and I am a new Realtor in the industry working at Century 21 Advantage, IL, eager to share my thoughts and experiences with you all through this blog. Growing up in the Monroe County area and being a graduate of Waterloo High School, I have a deep connection to this community and a desire to give back through my work.
As a 20-year-old senior at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, I am dedicated to advancing my knowledge and skills in real estate. I believe that staying ahead of the game and providing the best possible service to my clients is the key to success in this industry. That’s why I have chosen to obtain my real estate license while still in college, to give myself every advantage in this fast-paced and ever-changing field.
Through this blog, I hope to connect with my audience and provide valuable insights into the world of real estate. I want to share my experiences as a young realtor, offer tips and advice for buying or selling a home, highlight the local events, and share my favorite places around that make living in this area such a joy! I will be posting every Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings each with a different goal in mind. Sundays will be for sharing my love for the community posting about the local events taking place, highlighting the great restaurants and bars, and showing what makes the Metro area a unique place to live in. Wednesdays I will post more real estate geared blogs that will cover topics for both buyers and sellers, as well as new and experienced agents who are looking for trending information regarding the market and the buying/selling process.
As a people person, I understand the importance of building relationships and connecting with my clients on a personal level, and I hope to do the same with my audience through this blog. So whether you’re a first-time home buyer, looking to up or down grade your home, a seasoned real estate professional, or simply someone who’s just interested in what’s happening in the Metro East area, I invite you to follow along and join me on this journey.
